Agreement
These terms govern your use of the RateDue iPhone app and ratedue.com, provided by Ashraya Studio. By using RateDue, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
What RateDue provides
RateDue is an organizational and calculation tool for tracking client prices, review timing, historical changes, and estimated pricing gaps. Features may include reminders, backups, reports, planning tools, and message templates.
RateDue is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You remain responsible for checking the information you enter, deciding what to charge, communicating with clients, and obtaining professional advice when appropriate.
Your responsibilities
- Enter and maintain information you are permitted to use.
- Review calculations and generated text before relying on or sharing them.
- Keep your device and exported backups secure.
- Use RateDue lawfully and avoid attempting to interfere with or reverse-engineer the app or website except where applicable law permits.
RateDue Pro
RateDue may offer a one-time lifetime Pro unlock through Apple’s App Store. The exact price is shown by Apple before purchase. Purchase processing, refunds, family-sharing availability, and restoration are subject to Apple’s terms and systems. “Lifetime” refers to access to the purchased RateDue Pro feature set for as long as Ashraya Studio continues to make a compatible version of RateDue available; it does not promise that every future feature or platform will be included.
Your data and backups
RateDue is local-first and does not operate a cloud backup service. You are responsible for creating and safely storing exports you want to retain. Ashraya Studio cannot recover records that exist only on a lost, damaged, erased, or unavailable device.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep RateDue reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, corrected, limited, or discontinued to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, and product quality.
Intellectual property
RateDue, its website, branding, software, and original content are owned by Ashraya Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RateDue is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Ashraya Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or business decisions arising from your use of RateDue. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply to your later use, subject to applicable law.
